Ingredients
- 2kg Hokkaido Pumpkin
- Some ginger
- 0.5l Orange Juice
- 0.75l Vegetable Stock
- Salt, Pepper, Muscat, Cinnemon
Preparation
- Cut the pumpkins into small pieces, remove the seeds
Cooking
- Put all in a big pot and let it cook until the pumpkin has decomposed
- try and spice it
