Ingredients

  • 2kg Hokkaido Pumpkin
  • Some ginger
  • 0.5l Orange Juice
  • 0.75l Vegetable Stock
  • Salt, Pepper, Muscat, Cinnemon

Preparation

  • Cut the pumpkins into small pieces, remove the seeds

Cooking

  • Put all in a big pot and let it cook until the pumpkin has decomposed
  • try and spice it
